Persistence.

In the face of a challenge, I don’t back down. When I do experience setbacks, I don’t let them define me, but I choose to learn from them instead and keep giving what I can.

I believe my career experiences have equipped me with specialized knowledge that not many have the opportunity to gain. Additionally, my personal experiences as a Latina and a woman are capable of reaching demographics that are often excluded, but hold lots of buying potential and power.

One of my biggest strengths is communicating with people that I know and complete strangers. I thrive off of interacting with people and as an extrovert, feel energized by them, too.

Someone told me that people can’t be taught work ethic. I agree with that. My work ethic comes natural to me and as long as I am a representation of a company and myself, my work matters to me.
